Synopsis
According to a national census, the number of unmarried women between
the age of 30 to 40 has been increasing and is now at the highest.
Compared to 10 years ago, the rate of unmarried women have increased by
6.7% and 8.5% for woman in their early 30’s and late 30’s, respectively.
Why are they not getting married?
The women appearing in this drama are unmarried for various reasons
including, they have high expectations, are not able to be themselves in
front of men, become attracted to losers, think being single is much
more easier, or they think men are unreliable. They’re almost about to
lose all hope, however, it’s not that they don’t want to get married,
it’s just…things just don’t work out, they don’t know if they’re
getting married for themselves or to please others, or they question
whether there really is a reason to get married. This drama will
realistically portray the trials and tribulations of love, friendship,

Bộ phim là bức tranh đầy
màu sắc phản ánh suy nghĩ của những người Nhật hiện đại ngày nay. Nếu
như nhiều năm trước, kết hôn là mục tiêu mà nhiều người luôn nhắm tới
thì hiện nay, đó chỉ là một vấn đề nhỏ trong cuộc sống, không kết hôn
cũng chẳng sao. Câu chuyện xoay quanh cuộc sống độc thân của 3 nhân vật
Tanaka Chiharu – Kirishima Haruko – Kudo Junpei.
Tanaka Chiharu (34 tuổi) là nhân viên của một hãng du lịch, trong vòng 5
năm trở lại đây không hề yêu ai. Lý do không phải vì cô xấu xí hay tính
nết khó ưa, mà ngược lại rất tốt bụng dễ gần. Tuy nhiên các mối quan hệ
của cô không kéo dài được lâu chỉ vì một số quan điểm hơi cứng ngắc của
cô. Chiharu không phải là mẫu phụ nữ không muốn kết hôn, nhìn đám bạn
cùng lứa lần lượt từng người từng người một lấy chồng rồi sinh con, cô
dần cảm thấy sốt ruột cho cuộc sống độc thân của mình, nhất là khi tuổi
tác ngày một tăng…
Đồng cảnh ngộ với Chiharu là Haruko (44 tuổi). Cô là mẫu phụ nữ thành
đạt trong công việc – một tài năng trong lĩnh vực thiết kế những khu
vườn sang trọng. Có quan hệ ngoài luồng với sếp của mình, Haruko cũng
không hề có ý định kết hôn khi tuổi tác đã qua đầu 4…
Không như hai người phụ nữ trên, Kudo Junpei (32 tuổi) lại là một người
không có tự tin đem lại hạnh phúc cho phụ nữ, vì thế anh chọn con đường
sống độc thân. Tuy xuất thân là dân mỹ thuật, nhưng do nhiều lý do mà
hiện tại anh chỉ làm part-time cho một cửa hàng hoa…
