Tayama Ryousei as Yokoi Mitsuo
A detective with Kamikawa Precinct. Formerly from the Organised Crime Control Division, he has a bad mouth. He frequently sexually harasses Onoda verbally. Because he is sensitive to smell, he is can smell the scents beside him very well. He wears a hair wig.

Nakamura Yasuhi as Suzushiro Masaki
A resident of Soil New Town. He is the head of the Suzushiro family that has gone missing in this case. A violinist by occupation, he treasures his family and is well thought of by the residents of the town.

Honjo Manami as Suzushiro Noriko
The wife of Suzushiro Masaki. She has gone missing together with her husband and daughter in this case. She is outgoing and good at flower arrangements. She is an icon for wives of the town.

Mizusawa Naoko as Suzushiro Miki
The only daughter of the Suzushiros and a second year student at ‘Soil High School’. She has gone missing together with her parents in this case. Her academic results are outstanding and she is popular in here class. She suffers from narcolepsy, a sleep disorder in which she is suddenly overcome by drowsiness, and has slept at the roadside repeatedly.

Kobayashi Yuto as Miyahara Kento
A second year student at ‘Soil High School’. Because he grew up without his father, he has an introverted personality. He secretly likes Suzushiro Miki.

Horiuchi Keiko as Miyahara Sanae
A resident of Soil New Town and the mother of Miyahara Kento. Maybe it is because she is a single mother with an only son that she dotes on Kento excessively.

Takahashi Issei as Katakuri Shogo
A patrol officer with Soil New Town’s police box. A former delinquent.

Sasano Takashi as Sakuma Teruhiko
The chairman of Soil New Town’s neighbourhood council. He is a dentist who runs a clinic. He seeks to beautify the town.
